My Service technician was Sam, and he was very professional and friendly and very informative. He was neat and He worked on the job speedily by replacing a smart gas valve. "Jason came to my house last week to give me an estimate on installing a recirculating hot water pump. He arrived as scheduled and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at the location that the work would be done, answered all my questions and gave some constructive suggestions. He wrote up an estimate with 3 different options to choose from based on our conversation and application. He explained all options in detail and I made my choice. He returned today as scheduled and performed the installation. Jason did a Great Job! Very neat and clean work! Jason is friendly and trustworthy. "I had an annoying sound coming from my new heating units, and the installer left me high and dry by moving out of state. The first repairman I tried came out a couple of times but couldn't fix it, so he stopped returning my calls. Fortunately I was referred to First Choice Plumbing and Heating by the American Standard distributor in this area. They were unable to solve the problem the first time out but they stuck with the issue until they were able to resolve it successfully.
